These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "GTC") govern the sale of the products presented on the website www.posterissim.com (the "Website") by the company POSTERISSIM srl registered with the Banque-carrefour des entreprises under the number 0711670588, whose registered office is located at rue Emmanuel Van Driessche 62, 1050 Brussels, Belgium (hereinafter referred to as "POSTERISSIM").

1. PREAMBLE

These GTC are concluded between POSTERISSIM srl and any individual (the "Customer", the "Purchaser", "You") wishing to make a purchase via the www.posterissim.com website.

They thus apply, without restriction or reserve, to all sales of products and services offered by www.posterissim.com on the website.

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these general conditions, which the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted with full knowledge of the facts. The customer also acknowledges having had the opportunity to download and print them.

Any changes to the GTC (General Terms and Conditions of Sale) are not opposable to the customer, who remains subject to the GTC in force on the day of his order. Depending on the enrichment of our offers and legislative reforms, these GTC may be modified. In this hypothesis, these modifications become applicable as soon as they are put online and cannot apply to transactions concluded previously.

Customers declare that they are of legal age and capable of entering into a contract.

2. THE PRODUCTS

The products governed by these GTC are those listed on the website and indicated as sold and shipped by www.posterissim.com (the "Products"). They are offered within the limit of available stocks.

Unless clearly specified in the product description, all products on sale on the website are second-hand products. The authenticity of the products, signatures and period are guaranteed by the expertise of www.posterissim.com and the quality of its network. These products are sold to the customer without copyright, and only for private use.

The essential characteristics of the products are described and presented as accurately as possible. The dimensions (posters, photos) on the other hand are given as an indication - for example the poster format 120x160 corresponds to the family of large French posters whose exact size can vary by several centimeters from one poster to another. If needed, the customer service department of www.posterissim.com is at your disposal for any further information on a product. Consequently, the customer expressly undertakes not to make any reservations or disputes concerning the condition and format of the product received, insofar as it conforms to the product description given on www.posterissim.com.

All our products are sold from collector to collector; no right of use, reproduction or copy, even partial or implicit, is given as such at the time of their transfer.

3. THE PRICES

The prices of the products are indicated in Euros all taxes included. They take into account the VAT and possible reductions applicable on the day of the order. The customer can choose to display prices in US dollars (USD), Swiss Francs (CHF) or in Pound Sterling (GBP) on the website. Nevertheless, all orders are payable in Euros.

The prices of the products are exclusive of delivery costs (postage, packaging and packing according to the amounts in force). The amount of the delivery charges depends on the delivery option chosen by the customer before validation of the order (see Delivery Article).

www.posterissim.com reserves the right to modify the prices in its catalog at any time and without prior information. However, the products are billed to the customer on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration of the order.

Case of deliveries outside the European Union - customs charges: any order placed on the site and delivered outside Belgium may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not obliged to check and inform you of the applicable customs duties and taxes. To know them, we advise you to check with the competent authorities of the recipient country.

4. THE ORDER

You have the possibility to place your order:

- either from the online catalog on the website www.posterissim.com

- either by telephone or by e-mail to the customer service department (contact information at the beginning of these General Conditions).

In order to allow the customer to come back on his order before definitively validating it, www.posterissim.com has created a system of order validation in several steps allowing him to check that the products placed in the basket and the coordinates entered are in conformity, and to give his agreement to the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Here are the successive steps to place an order:

1) Summary of the desired products: at this stage, the customer can check and modify the list of products that make up his basket.

2) Login: at this stage, you must identify yourself with your email address and password. For any first order, you will have to follow a procedure of account creation indicated on the website. In case you lose or forget your login details, please contact the Customer Service Department at www.posterissim.com.

3) Address: Enter the delivery address. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

4) Delivery: choice of delivery method (Bpost, FEDEX, registered...). At this stage, you must accept the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale by checking the corresponding box, in order to proceed to the final payment stage.

5) Payment: choice of payment method (Paypal, bank transfer). This is the final step. The validation of the order implies express acceptance of the GTC, prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

The order is considered firm upon receipt by the customer of the e-mail from www.posterissim.com confirming the definitive registration of the said order. This confirmation is valid as of the date of conclusion of the sales contract and acceptance by the customer of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

In case of unavailability of an ordered product, you will be informed by e-mail. The cancellation of the order of this product and its refund will be made automatically, the rest of the order remaining firm.

In certain cases, in particular non-payment, incorrect address or other problem legitimately preventing the order from being processed, www.posterissim.com reserves the right to suspend the customer's order until the problem is resolved.

For any question relating to the follow-up of your order, you can consult your customer area on the website or contact customer service.

5. PAYMENT

  5.1 Terms of payment

 You can settle your order:

 - by Paypal: by choosing the payment via PayPal, you will be automatically directed to your PayPal account. The order is automatically validated after receipt of payment authorization by Paypal.

 - by bank transfer: after selecting this payment method when you order, you will get the IBAN of www.posterissim.com which will be used to start the transfer to your bank.

  5.2 Security of online payments

 www.posterissim.com makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the web.

Payment via Paypal: PayPal helps protect your credit card information with the best systems on the market for security and prevention against fraud. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never communicated to the merchant, just like payment by credit card.

6. DELIVERY

The products in our catalog are collector's items. We therefore take special care in their packaging and delivery.

  6.1 Delivery options, delivery times and prices

  To Belgium :

 - Standard delivery by Bpost , delay : 2 to 4 working days, 10€ - FREE from 200€ of purchase.

 - Recommended Delivery by Bpost , delay : 2 to 4 working days, 20€ - FREE for orders over 500€.

To Metropolitan France, Andorra, Monaco, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal and Italy:

Fedex Express delivery by registered mail (follow-up with signature), 2-4 working days.

To other European countries (including Switzerland) :

Fedex Delivery by registered mail (tracking with signature), delivery time 2-4 working days.

To the rest of the world (USA, Canada, Japan, Australia...) :

Fedex Priority Delivery (International Priority) by registered mail (tracking with signature), 3-8 working days.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

  6.2 Tracking of your package

www.posterissim.com keeps you informed when the package is delivered to Bpost or FEDEX. You can then view the progress of your order in the My Account section, then the sub-section History and details of my orders. A tracking number allows you to follow on the site of Bpost or FEDEX the delivery of your package.

7. RIGHT OF RETRACTATION AND RETURNS

The "Satisfied or Refunded" Guarantee: you have 14 days, from the reception or withdrawal of your order, to return the items in perfect original condition without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.

In case of return of goods, www.posterissim.com undertakes to reimburse the sums paid (one-way delivery charges included if the customer returns the entire order), at the latest within 14 days of receipt by www.posterissim.com of the returned products. The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with Belgian law. In case of partial return of an order that has benefited from a free delivery linked to its amount, the customer may be re-invoiced the delivery costs corresponding to the actual order, if the latter passes below the threshold of free delivery.

Special case of costumes, props and objects - in order to limit the abuses linked to the use of unique and irreplaceable products such as costumes and film props used in films/series, the right of return cannot be exercised on these products.

Special case of production documents (photos, scripts, storyboards) - in order to limit abuses linked to copies and scans of these rare media: the right of return cannot be exercised for production documents, storyboards, drawings, photos and original scripts.

Special case of second-hand audio and video supports - in order to limit abuses linked to copies of these supports: the right of return cannot be exercised for CDs, DVDs, 35mm or 70mm film or any second-hand video or sound material.

Returns: to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must return the products in their original condition, carefully packaged (if possible in their original packaging and with invoice), all postage paid, to the following address:

Returned products are under the responsibility of the customer until they are taken care of by www.posterissim.com and the verification of their good condition. Under no circumstances can the use by the customer of the right of retraction be abusive. In any case, any product returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

As a merchant site, www.posterissim.com collects a certain amount of personal information (name, address, email) necessary to process orders.

We treat all this information with the utmost confidentiality. The data collected will never be transmitted to third parties. This data is collected and processed in a fair and lawful manner and is only used to process orders.
