Original French poster created by Ferracci for the film Le Mans directed by Lee H. Katzin in 1971 with Steve McQueen.

Le Mans is a film written by Harry Kleiner and produced by Jack N. Reddish and directed by Lee H. Katzin, with original music by Michel Legrand. Steve McQueen, at the height of his fame, invested a lot in this film which he considers as the masterpiece of his career. Most of the film is shot during the 1970 Le Mans 24 Hours, and the actor himself drives on the circuit to complete the filming. Although not a box-office success at the time, Le Mans is now widely regarded as one of the best racing movies.

It is René Ferracci who delivers the original French poster for the film. McQueen's face is superimposed on the drawing of the famous race.
