Original poster by Milton Glaser drawn in 1966, published on the occasion of the release of Greatest hits of Bob Dylan in 1967.

Among the most renowned graphic designers and typographers of the twentieth century, Milton Glaser is best known for having created the logo I ♥ NY. He began his work in New York in 1955, where he founded the graphic design studio Pushpin Graphic. He was soon noticed by the world of cultural communication, who liked the new tone set by the studio's creations.

It was in this studio that Glaser designed this poster, published in 1967 for the release of Greatest hits of Bob Dylan. His sources are then multiple: Glaser convokes Persian miniatures, portraits in English silhouette, as well as psychedelic images then fashionable on the American West Coast. The poster became an icon of the 1960s and installed Dylan in the collective imagination: this rare original edition still resounds before our eyes as a call to this singular era.
